  Terrible experience, the receptionist was rude and the rooms are small, disgusting and overpriced. The drawers are filled with random junk such as door knobs and sockets, and when we mentioned that sheets were missing they handled us like garbage. Grab your 100$, buy a tent and a nice meal and you'll be better of sleeping on the beach.

  My family of four came down for a weekend stay, in a rush this is the best price I could find ON the beach. We arrived early & the lady in the office/cleaning rooms hurried to clean our room, so we could check in early, no extra charge!!! We were also able to check out an hour later at no extra charge so my kids could enjoy the beach a little longer the morning before leaving. The room was small, but cozy. It was clean & smelled clean. The beach isn't crowded, beach chairs are provided at no charge, there is a fire pit with chairs in the back that can be used.. There is even a "toy chest" full of every beach toy you could imagine for your children. We don't spend much time in our room when on vacation, so we don't look for a lot a the "finer things" that these 300+ a night condos have.
  
  As for the complaints below.. Try reading info on the places you stay before leaving crappy reviews on a place that has VERY considerate staff & a nice place at a GREAT price for the area!!! They state on their website AND when booking through Expedia & travelocity that the office is only open from 9-4 daily. It's a 12 room facility. Nothing big & fancy but a nice, family oriented place to stay & enjoy!

  Basic, clean place to spend a weekend on the beach. The units on the 2nd floor, facing the Gulf are best. Great view and deck with tables to hang out.

  The Sun Burst Inn is a great place right on the beach. I was visiting my sister-in-law who was staying there for a month or so and her room was very nice. The bedroom is a separate room and the kitchenette has a good size frig, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, and silverware. There are 2 love seat couches that pull out for beds. The parking, however, is terrible with only one spot to a room and you have to back up to get out. But otherwise it is a cute place.
